Nicki has worked in education for several years and worked in three different secondary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. She has taught across all key stages in a range of subjects including, Physical Education, Performing Arts and English. Nicki is a former Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion, where she worked as a SENCO for eight years.

Nicki’s background is in school Inclusion, SEND, Safeguarding and Pastoral care. She is incredibly passionate about inclusion, striving to meet the needs of all learners whilst celebrating diversity. She has completed her National SENCO qualification and is currently undertaking her NPQSL. Nicki is a member of CST Trust SEND and Inclusion Professional Community.

Nicki was appointed in September 2023 as Strategic Lead for Inclusion across the Learning Today Leading Tomorrow Trust. She enjoys the challenge of leading a large team of professionals who are dedicated to providing the intervention and support needed to meet the needs of all learners irrespective of starting points.

Outside of school, Nicki has a husband and five children, she leads a busy life with a family who are very passionate about sports and the outdoors. She also loves to meet up with friends and walk her two dogs.
