Raising Boys Achievement

At our school, we are committed to ensuring that every student thrives. With 52% of our students being male, supporting boys’ achievement is a key focus of our educational strategy.
Our dedicated work on Raising Boys’ Achievement is led by Mr Roger Eadon and Mr Mark Laity, who guide both innovative classroom approaches and school-wide initiatives to engage boys and help them reach their full potential.
In addition to our internal programs, we are closely following national research and best practice. We eagerly anticipate the outcomes of the EEF Boys’ Development Programme trial, which we believe will provide valuable insights to further enhance our support for male learners.
By combining dedicated leadership, evidence-informed strategies, and ongoing evaluation, we strive to create an environment where all boys can flourish academically, socially, and personally.
